Please join us in welcoming Prof. Jasper Lee to GGAM!
Jasper Lee is an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science. He focuses on two main lines of research: (1) learning theory and the foundations of data science, at the intersection of theoretical computer science and statistics, and (2) machine learning for (discrete) optimization under uncertainty.
Prior to joining UC Davis, he was a postdoc at UW Madison, mentored by Ilias Diakonikolas. His PhD was advised by Paul Valiant, at Brown University.
